General Information
In response to request from customers for appraisal and assistance in disposing of furniture and other household items due to an estate inheritance, downsizing, or a long distance move, we have expanded into providing of turnkey estate and moving sale service.
Our goal at any sale is to help our customers to sell every available item and to maximize the proceeds for the sale.
Services we will provide:
o Organization - We will organize, arrange and display all item to be sold. We will provide tables, linens, display cases, locking cases for jewelry, props, etc. to set up each sale in an organized and pleasing fashion. We have decades of experience with antiques, collectibles and household furnishings and pride ourselves on being a full service liquidation service.
o Pricing - Using our years of experience and first hand knowledge of the business we will price all items fair and competitive to the market place.
o Advertising - The key to a great sale is great advertising. We have had years of experience in bring out large crowds to help with the success of your sale.
o Conduct of Sale - We will conduct the sale in a professional and efficient manner. We will negotiate prices with customers as we consider appropriate in order to achieve the sale objectives.
o Disposal of Unsold items - We will supply you with various options regarding how to dispose of the remaining contents. Most items of any considerable value will sell during the estate sale, however there is occasionally a piece that we are surprised did not sell. If you choose to, items may go to our shop for consignment for three months. Other options include buy outs, auctions and charity pick ups. We are happy to work with any charitable organizations of your choice. We will provide you with an itemized list for tax purposes. Leaving you with an empty house ready for closing! You may choose to keep the remaining items and dispose of them on your own- the choice is completely yours to make.
o Credit Card Service - It has been our experience that people frequently use credit cards at estate sales. We are able to accept MasterCard and Visa.
